We are an employment agency focused on temporary employee assignment. Within our portfolio, you’ll find almost every position in manufacturing, from production operator, warehouse worker, forklift operator and more. We are able to secure employees throughout the entire Czech Republic. Our philosophy is to meet our client’s business plans and ensure effective communication from the Formulio team. Our objective is a satisfied customer receiving a premium service.

In addition to statutory insolvency insurance, we have also decided to take on a property and liability insurance policy covering 20 000 000 CZK, with geographical applicability for the entirety of Europe.

How we operate
We supply a qualified worker on the basis of the customer’s requirements.
Alongside assigning the employee, we also take care of all administrative matters (seeking suitable candidates, visas, securing communication prior to joining, securing OHS training, reporting, human resources and wages, shift planning, translation of instructions, and more).
We ensure technical requirements are fully met (co-ordinator, project manager, transport to / from workplace, accommodation, complete PPE and more).
We provide a complete service in line with the client’s requirements. We listen carefully to requirements and create a bespoke solution.
We continue to communicate with the client on optimizing processes and management operations, and on assigned employees. Our objective is the provision of a premium service.
